Human Resources (HR) Internship in Jaipur

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and candidate shortlisting.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support candidate communication, follow-ups, and interview status updates.
• Assist in onboarding activities, including documentation, offer letters, and joining formalities.
• Maintain and update employee records, candidate databases, and HR documentation.
• Help manage attendance, leave records, and daily HR administrative activities.
• Assist in preparing HR letters, reports, and other official documents.
• Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and maintaining confidentiality of employee information.
