Human Resources (HR) Internship in Mohali

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include

• Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Coordinate with candidates to schedule interviews and share interview updates.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist with employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records and HR-related documentation.
• Support attendance tracking and other day-to-day HR administrative activities.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth HR operations.
