Human Resources Information System Specialist

Join our HRIS & Analytics team and take ownership of Workday Compensation & Benefits configuration across a global environment spanning 14 countries and currencies.

What you’ll do:

• Serve as the Workday Compensation & Benefits SME, partnering with Total Rewards, HRBPs and regional HR teams.
• Lead configuration, testing and deployment for annual merit, bonus and open enrollment cycles.
• Contribute to Core HCM configuration and business process design.
• Own end-to-end testing, including regression testing for Workday’s biannual releases.
• Maintain data integrity and security for sensitive compensation and benefits data.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support HR decision-making.
• Document configuration, processes and SOPs.
• Mentor HRIS team members and serve as an escalation point for complex issues.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize Workday configuration.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of Workday experience
• 3+ years of hands-on configuration in Advanced Compensation & Benefits
• Global/multi-country Workday experience
• Experience with at least one additional Workday module: Core HCM, Absence, Performance, Recruiting, Security or Advanced Reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience handling highly sensitive compensation and personal data.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Preferred: Workday Pro certification, EIB/Studio/Core Connectors experience, advanced reporting and experience mentoring or leading configuration projects.
