Human Resources Intern (6 months)

Job Description & Requirements

Employee Relations

Assist with employee enquiries and HR-related matters.

Support employee engagement activities and initiatives.

Support day-to-day HR operations for the retail function.

Assist with HR letters and other HR documentation.

Recruitment

Assist with job postings and candidate sourcing.

Support candidate screening, interview arrangements and follow ups.

Assist with recruitment administration

Prepare salary proposals for newly hired Retail Employees

Payroll & Administration

Assist with payroll processing, including new hires, terminations, OT, allowances, deductions, salary recovery, leave and employee claims.

Support the preparation of payroll reports and brand billing.

Assist in maintaining accurate employee and payroll records.

Ensure employee data accuracy and process control improvements

Maintain and update employee records in GHR.

Any other HR duties as assigned

Requirement

• Able to commit to a minimum internship period of 6 months.

• Minimum a Diploma in HRM or Administration

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Able to multi tasks and has good organizational skills
