Human Resources Intern

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend daily meetings or seminars as scheduled
• Assist the HR department in managing recruitment and selection processes
• Administer and support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews under supervision
• Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
• Maintain proper inventory and assist in restocking office supplies when necessary
• Create and update records, including interview documentation and applicant databases
• Prepare and submit timely reports, presentations, and proposals as assigned
• Provide assistance to colleagues and senior staff whenever required

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 months internship duration allowed
• Good communication skills in English and Malay (Mandarin is an advantage)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work well in a team
• Must possess own transportation
