Human Resources Intern

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with job postings, resume screening, candidate scheduling, and interview coordination. Help prepare onboarding materials and support the smooth integration of new hires.

HR Administration: Assist with updating employee records, preparing HR documentation, and maintaining HR databases and files.
Employee Engagement: Help with organizing employee engagement activities and events.

Training & Development: Support the HR team in coordinating training sessions, workshops, and learning initiatives for employees.

Compliance & Reporting: Assist with tracking HR metrics, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

General HR Support: Provide day-to-day support to G&A team members in various tasks, including administrative support, research, and process improvement projects.

Requirements:

1. Internship period: Minimum 3 months, preferably 6 months
2. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Business/ Human Resources or equivalent
3. Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written) 
4. Positive attitude, team player, outgoing
5. Desire to gain hands-on experience in a service industry environment 
6. Self-motivated, driven, and eager to learn and grow professionally
