Human Resources Intern

Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support day-to-day HR operations and contribute to a positive employee experience. Responsibilities include assisting with HR documentation, helping implement HR policies, supporting recruitment and onboarding activities, and maintaining personnel records. The intern will also help coordinate employee benefits information, support HR projects, and collaborate with team members on initiatives to improve workplace processes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Baku City, requiring regular presence in the office and active participation in HR team activities.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in developing practical HR experience.
• Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, and the ability to support their communication and implementation.
• Ability to assist with Personnel Management tasks, including maintaining accurate and confidential employee records.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in en_US; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Baku City and build positive professional relationships.
• Proficiency with common office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, HR-related tools) and willingness to learn new systems.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
