Role Description The Human Resources Intern role at NuageSEC is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City. The intern will support daily HR operations, including assisting with recruitment coordination, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. Responsibilities include helping administer HR policies, onboarding documentation, employee records management, and supporting employee engagement activities. The intern will assist with personnel data updates, basic HR reporting, and coordination of employee benefits-related queries under supervision. This role offers exposure to core HR processes in a cybersecurity-focused organization and collaboration with HR management and other internal teams.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
• Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management and basic employee relations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Ability to work on-site in Pune City, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Pursuing or having completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort with HR software or applicant tracking systems is beneficial.
• Interest in learning HR practices within technology or cybersecurity organizations is an advantage.
