🌍 We’re Hiring: HR Intern | SANY Benelux B.V. | Rijswijk, Netherlands

Are you an HR student looking for hands-on experience in an international company? Do you speak both Chinese and English and want to gain practical experience in HR Operations?

SANY Benelux B.V. is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our HR team in Rijswijk, the Netherlands.

💼 What will you do?

You will support our HR team across a wide range of HR Operations and employee lifecycle activities , including:

• Support work permit and visa application processes
• Support local employee registration and administrative procedures
• Assist with employment contract preparation and HR documentation
• Support leave, attendance and working hours management
• Assist with sickness absence and pension administration
• Follow up on HR-related tasks with our Headquarters Shared Service Center (SSC)
• Support new employee onboarding , including local procedures and onboarding training
• Assist with employee offboarding and exit procedures
• Support HR vendor and service provider management
• Respond to employees' day-to-day HR-related questions
• Support payroll-related activities for our Port Machinery & Logistics subsidiary
• Assist with planning and organizing company events and holiday activities
• Prepare employment certificates and other HR documents
• Support the organization of on-site interviews , including scheduling and expense reimbursement
• Provide general support for daily HR operations and HR projects

🎯 What are we looking for?

Required:

• Currently enrolled as a Bachelor’s or Master’s student in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Must be able to provide a valid tripartite internship agreement between the university/school, student and company
• Fluent in both Chinese and English , both written and spoken
• Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Proactive, responsible and willing to learn
• Able to handle confidential employee information professionally
• Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment

A plus:

• Previous internship or work experience in HR administration
• Knowledge of Dutch HR practices
• Dutch language skills
• Experience with HR systems, payroll or administrative processes

🏢 Working Arrangement

📍 Location: Rijswijk, Netherlands

• 4 days onsite
• 1 day working from home per week
• Close collaboration with the local HR team and international colleagues
