Human Resources Intern

About the role

An HR internship role supporting the HR team with daily administrative and operational activities, employee data management, recruitment support, onboarding and offboarding processes, HR reporting, and employee engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the HR team with daily administrative and operational activities
• Support employee data management and filing of HR documents
• Assist with recruitment activities, including CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Assist in preparing HR reports, employee records, and other HR-related documents
• Support attendance, leave, and employee administration
• Assist with HR events, employee engagement activities, and other HR projects

About you

• Final-year student or fresh graduate, preferably majoring in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Willing to learn and proactive in completing tasks
