Human Resources Intern

Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Intern to support the full employee lifecycle on a 6-month contract. This is a hands-on role offering direct exposure to recruitment, onboarding, system management, and visa processes in a Hong Kong financial services environment.

Job Duties:

• Recruitment Support: Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates, post job ads.
• Onboarding & Documentation: Collect and verify pre-employment documents; prepare contracts; track probation periods and coordinate review schedules.
• HR System Management: Accurately input and update new employee records in the HRIS; maintain and refresh existing staff data as needed.
• Visa Administration: Prepare and submit employment visa applications and renewals; track visa expiry dates to ensure timely renewals and full compliance.
• Ad-hoc Support: Assist in other HR projects and reporting as required.

Requirements:

• University students of any discipline with a genuine interest in HR – HR/Business related backgrounds are a plus but not a must.
• Prior internship or work experience is preferred, but candidates with strong motivation to learn are also welcome.
• Familiar with MS Office applications
• Detail-minded, well-organized, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).
