What You’ll Do

• Support the recruitment team with day-to-day hiring activities.
• Help manage intern hiring, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Review applications and spot potential candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Keep candidates updated and make sure the hiring process runs smoothly.
• Get involved in campus activities, career fairs, and office events.
• Jump in on other HR projects and activities when needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Currently studying HR, Business, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking to different people.
• Organized and able to keep track of a few things at once.
• A good communicator, both online and in person.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
• Most importantly, curious, proactive, and ready to learn.
