Human Resources Intern

About The Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment efforts for the human resource team. This role offers hands-on experience in talent sourcing, market research, candidate engagement, and recruitment analytics. You will work closely with the hiring team to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process while contributing to strategic hiring initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring teams to understand job requirements and identify the right candidate profiles for open positions.
• Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, identify talent pools, and determine the most effective sourcing channels.
• Engage with potential candidates via emails, social media, and phone calls to assess interest, inform them about job opportunities, and schedule interviews.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as sourcing conversion rates, to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and recommend improvements.
• Provide support in employees' engagement events

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree in any discipline, with a strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Prior experience in recruitment and/or sourcing (including Boolean searches) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and problem-solving.
• Ability to work in a cross-regional and cross-cultural environment, demonstrating adaptability and teamwork.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, fast-learning attitude.
• Available for a minimum commitment of 6 months starting Sep/Oct 2026 (full-time or at least 3-4 days per week for part-time).
