What they need
We are looking for a proactive HR Intern to support our recruitment and HR operations. The role involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, maintaining databases, and assisting in onboarding processes. You will gain hands-on exposure to real-time hiring and HR workflows while working closely with an experienced team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Maintain candidate databases and trackers
- Support onboarding and documentation processes
- Coordinate with candidates and internal teams
- Assist in employee engagement activities
- Handle basic HR operations and reporting
Skills Required
- Strong communication (verbal & written)
- Basic understanding of HR processes
- MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
- Organizational and multitasking skills..
Location - Work From Home,Delhi / NCR,Mumbai,Bengaluru,Kolkata,chennai,hyderabad,ahmedabad,pune.
