Human Resources Intern

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides hands-on experience in recruitment, employee records, HR administration, and other people-related activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain and organize employee and HR records.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Support the preparation of HR documents, reports, and presentations.
• Help coordinate employee engagement activities and company events.
• Respond to basic employee inquiries and direct concerns to the appropriate HR team member.
• Perform other administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned.

About you

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information professionally.
• Willing to learn and work collaboratively with the HR team.
• Previous HR experience is an advantage but not required.
