Job Overview

Xonier Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our team. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to recruitment and HR operations, along with an opportunity to grow into a full-time role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with applicants
• Maintain candidate data and update records
• Support HR operations and documentation
• Assist in employee engagement activities

Requirements

• BBA / MBA (HR) final year students preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of HR processes is a plus
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Must be available for a full-time internship

Additional Information

• Candidates must be available to work from Noida, Sector 63
• Immediate joiners will be preferred
• PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) may be provided based on performance
