Human Resources Intern

RedDoorz Philippines is looking for HR Interns

Responsibilities:

• Support the Recruitment Team : Assist with full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews.
• Contribute to Daily HR Operations : Provide administrative support, including data entry, file management, and other essential tasks.
• Support Employee Engagement and Benefits Administration: Assist with initiatives to improve employee engagement and the administration of employee benefits programs.
• Handle Ad-hoc Projects: Contribute to various projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational skills and a strong work ethic.
• Highly motivated and a proactive learner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Amenable to working in Makati City, Philippines.
• Available to work 5 days a week.
