About the role

This is an HR Intern role offering a front-row seat to how a multinational HR engine operates. You will rotate through three critical pillars of HR Operations, progressively taking on more responsibility as you learn.

Key responsibilities

• Hunt for talent by diving into Jobstreet sourcing to filter and identify top-tier candidates, taking charge of interview coordination
• Manage the end-to-end new hire onboarding journey, acting as the command center by liaising with Micare for medicals, coordinating with Senada for background checks, and triggering internal IT/systems provisioning
• Master P-file management, ensuring every piece of documentation meets strict audit checklists
• Pull and analyze monthly employment reports via Heart-Apac to track expiring contracts
• Partner with line supervisors and payroll to gather performance appraisals and update salary/duration matrices
• Learn the mechanics of contract generation in phases, starting with organizing appraisals and data entry, eventually graduating to executing mail merges and prepping final contract PDFs for leadership review
• Get hands-on with enterprise procurement systems (Esker) to process PRs for TA vendors and departmental needs
• Support the administrative backbone of government stamping via MyTax and Docuworks, learning how to properly process, compile, and securely archive legally binding employee documents
