Human Resources Intern

Responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, to meet staffing needs for warehouse operations.

2. Oversee end-to-end HR operations, managing the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.

3. Ensure all HR policies and procedures align with local labor laws and support business objectives.

4. Manage day-to-day office operations to maintain an efficient and productive work environment.

Requirements

1. Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring talents.

2. In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and internal company policies.

3. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

4. Proactive mindset, strong teamwork orientation, and sound logical reasoning skills.
