Job Title: HR Intern

Office Location: Goregaon

Internship Tenure: 9mnths to 1year.

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Help prepare documentation
• Assisting Manager in other HR activities.

Eligibility / Requirements

• Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Basic knowledge of HR processes (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Willingness to learn and ability to maintain confidentiality
