Human Resources Intern

Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR Intern to support our Human Resources department with various administrative and operational tasks. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR, particularly in recruitment, onboarding, records management, and general HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Help in onboarding new hires and conducting background checks
• Update and maintain employee records and databases
• Support payroll and benefits processing by gathering employee information
• Respond to employee inquiries and assist with day-to-day HR functions

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related course
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of HR systems or tools is a plus
• Willing to work onsite in Makati City
