Human Resources Intern

About the role

This is an HR Trainee position supporting the Human Resources team with recruiting, onboarding, employee records management, HR projects, policy compliance, and general administrative operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with posting job openings, scheduling candidate interviews, reviewing resumes, and preparing welcome materials for new hires
• Maintain confidential employee files, update HR databases, and ensure data accuracy across company systems
• Support ongoing initiatives such as employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and team-building events
• Help draft, update, and organize HR documentation, policies, and standard operating procedures
• Serve as a point of contact for routine employee inquiries and assist the HR team with day-to-day administrative operations

About you

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Must require On-the-Job Training / Internship hours as part of your school curriculum
• Able to submit an official Endorsement Letter / Recommendation Letter from your college or university
