Human Resources Intern

Stipend: PKR 20,000 to 30,000 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

About the Role

SourceTek is a recruitment and staffing agency looking for an energetic HR Intern to join our team. If you are a confident communicator who enjoys talking to people and wants hands on experience in recruitment and HR operations, this is a great place to start your career.

Key Responsibilities

• Make initial screening calls to candidates in English
• Explain job roles and company details clearly to candidates
• Assess candidates' communication skills, interest and basic eligibility
• Support the recruitment team with candidate sourcing and shortlisting
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and the team
• Maintain candidate records and update tracking sheets accurately
• Assist with day to day HR and operational tasks
• Follow up with candidates and keep them informed throughout the process

Requirements

• Currently studying or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making calls and speaking confidently with candidates
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace
• Ability to work from our Johar Town office, Monday to Friday
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative and work in a fast paced environment
