Human Resources Intern

Job Duties :

1. HR System Management: Input and update employee information into the HR system accurately and in a timely manner.
2. Documentation & Material Organization: Organize and maintain HR-related materials, including physical and digital files, ensuring proper documentation and easy retrieval.
3. Recruitment Coordination: Coordinate job postings, schedule and organize interviews, maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
4. Internal Training Arrangement: Assist in identifying training needs and maintain employee training records.
5. Any additional responsibilities as assigned by the department.

Requirements :

1. Full-time undergraduate students or diploma/degree holder, preferably with major in Human Resources, Administration, Communications or other Business-related discipline;
2. Available to work at least 4 days per week;
3. Prior experience in recruitment or HR system is a plus;
4. Strong organizational and communication skills;
5. Proficiency in MS Office applications, with advanced knowledge of Excel is a plus;
6. Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
