Human Resources Intern

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to support the Human Resources department in day-to-day administrative and recruitment activities. The internship is designed for recent graduates or students currently based in the UAE who are looking to gain practical experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee records management, and HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in posting job vacancies on recruitment portals and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and maintain candidate databases.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
• Prepare HR documents such as interview invitations, offer letters, and employee files.
• Maintain and update employee records in accordance with UAE labor regulations.
• Support onboarding activities for new employees.
• Assist in attendance tracking, leave records, and HR reporting.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Must be currently available in the UAE.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
