HUMAN RESOURCES INTERN

• Validate employee timekeeping records and attendance reports.

• Assist in the preparation and processing of HMO enrollments, deactivations, and updates.

• Update and maintain HR trackers, logs, and employee databases.

• Assist in the planning, preparation, and execution of employee engagement and wellness activities.

• Update and maintain the company bulletin board and HR announcements.

• Assist in organizing HR trainings, orientations, learning sessions, and company-wide events.

• Prepare attendance sheets, evaluation forms, and event documentation for HR activities.

• Monitor and update leave, attendance, and other HR monitoring spreadsheets as assigned

• Assist in onboarding and offboarding activities.

• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for HR initiatives.

• Respond to routine HR administrative requests under the supervision of the HR team.

• Perform other HR-related administrative duties as may be assigned by the HR Department.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn

• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Canva

• Open to both required and voluntary interns

• Willing to work in BGC, Taguig
