Human Resources Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Performs basic recruitment tasks based on the following:
• Job posting to all the recruitment platforms: Jobstreet, Indeed, Jora, Linkedin, Grabjobs, Bossjobs, Facebook groups, etc.
• Send invitation to the applicants shortlisted for a certain position, and rejection message or email to the applicants who didn’t pass the assessment
• Gives assistance on the preparation and drafting of the engagement publications such as:
• Monday Motivation, Wellness Wednesday and AHA Friday, Anniversaries, Birthdays, New Employee Announcements, and other announcements.
• ID preparation
• Assists in the preparation and facilitation of training:
• Preparation of training materials, certificates, etc.
• Exam preparation, assessment forms and survey feedback
• May also be assigned to other departments once tasks in HR are completed.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• Ongoing with his/her college course
• Preferably granduting students for possible absorption
• Ability to multi-task and manage requests on a timely manner
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
• Performs responsibility with Tenacity
• Must be honest and truthful
• Candidate must be willing to report at the headquarters
