Human Resources Intern

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in daily HR operations and administrative tasks. This internship provides hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, training coordination, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities, including screening resumes, arranging interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Support onboarding processes and prepare relevant documentation for new employees.
• Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
• Support training coordination, including participant registration, attendance tracking, and training documentation.
• Assist in organising employee engagement activities, celebrations, and internal events.
• Support HR initiatives such as employee recognition programmes and internal communications.
• Assist with HR reporting, data entry, and preparation of HR documents.
• Perform other HR-related administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible and able to handle confidential information professionally.
• Available for the required internship period.
