We’re looking for an HR Intern who actually enjoys talking to people, finding good talent, and keeping things organized.

At FlowSet, you won’t just be sitting around doing repetitive HR work. You’ll be involved in the actual hiring process and get to see how a growing tech startup builds its team.

What you’ll be doing

• Find and source candidates for our open roles
• Shortlist applications and conduct initial screening
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and the team
• Reach out to candidates and keep communication smooth
• Help with onboarding new team members
• Maintain candidate and employee records
• Help us improve our hiring process
• Handle day-to-day HR tasks as they come up

We’d love to have you if you

• Communicate well and aren’t afraid to talk to people
• Are organized and good at following up
• Can take ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do
• Are genuinely interested in HR and recruitment
• Can manage your work independently in a remote setup
• Are a student, fresher, or someone looking to get real HR experience
• Degree or years of experience is preferrable but not necessary.
• We care more about how you think, communicate, and get things done.
