Human Resources Intern

The HR Intern will assist the Human Resources Department with daily administrative tasks, recruitment, employee records management, patient experience initiatives, and learning and development activities. The intern will support employee training, patient satisfaction efforts, and other HR-related functions while gaining hands-on experience in HR operations and contributing to a positive, professional, and patient-centered work environment.

• Currently enrolled in a relevant college degree program.
• Has a pleasing personality, a positive attitude, and a professional demeanor.
• Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is approachable, courteous, patient, and comfortable interacting with different people.
• Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and respect for confidentiality.
• Is organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Has basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Can work independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Is responsible, dependable, and able to manage assigned tasks efficiently.
• Must be eligible for an internship or OJT program.
