Human Resources Intern

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare employment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents.
• Assist in processing attendance records.
• Ensure all documentation is filed properly and confidentially.
• Assist in job postings, screening of candidates, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate new employee onboarding, including preparation of name tag, set thumbprint.
• Ensure all pre-employment and onboarding documentation is completed accurately.
• Support staff welfare activities, birthday celebrations, and festive events.
• Help respond to basic employee queries regarding employee benefits, and procedures.
• Coordinate internal and external training sessions (venue setup, attendance, materials).
• Ad-hoc duties.

Job Requirements :

• Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related fields.
• Have knowledge of HR functions, local labor laws, and best practices.
• Able to communicate effectively.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
