What you’ll do:

--Support recruitment: screening applications, coordinating interviews, and helping onboard new interns and staff across divisions

--Help maintain and improve our onboarding process, from Day 1 checklists to 30/60/90-day performance reviews

--Assist with leave tracking, employee records, and keeping our HR documentation current

--Support a respectful, well-run grievance and feedback process

--Help coordinate offboarding, handovers, exit checklists, and reference letters

What we’re looking for:

--Strong attention to detail and discretion, you’ll be trusted with confidential information

--Clear, empathetic written and verbal communication

--Comfortable working with structure and process, without losing the human side of HR

--Interest in people operations, talent, or organizational development

What you’ll gain:
