𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Vishrantwadi, Pune (Work from Office)

𝗗𝘂𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 6 Months

𝗦𝘁𝗶𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱: ₹3,000–₹5,000 per month

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼

 - Source and shortlist candidates through job portals and social media.

 - Schedule interviews and conduct initial HR screenings.

 - Communicate with candidates and hiring managers.

 - Maintain recruitment records and HR databases.

 - Assist with onboarding and HR documentation.

 - Support daily HR activities.

𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗖𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆?

 - Students pursuing graduation or graduates from any discipline.

 - Freshers are welcome; prior HR experience is not required.

 - HR or management backgrounds are preferred but not mandatory.

 - Good communication and organizational skills.

 - Basic knowledge of MS Office.

 - Willingness to work from our Vishrantwadi, Pune office for six months.

 - Hands-on recruitment and HR operations experience.

 - Internship Completion Certificate upon successful completion.
