Human Resources Intern

As an HR Intern you will support day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and policy support. This role offers hands-on exposure to core HR processes and an opportunity to build a strong foundation in human resources while contributing to a positive and compliant workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
• Support onboarding and induction processes to ensure a smooth experience for new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and HR events.
• Support attendance tracking, leave management, and basic payroll coordination activities.
• Help draft HR communications, policies, and standard operating procedures as required.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support various HR operations and initiatives.
• Assist in conducting HR audits and ensuring process adherence.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team for day-to-day operations.
• Support exit formalities, documentation, and knowledge transfer processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic experience
• 0–6 months of experience or internship exposure in Human Resources
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of organization with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Basic understanding of HR processes and employment lifecycle
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
• Passion for people management and workplace culture
