Human Resources Intern - Summer 2027

Position Summary We are excited to announce a summer internship opportunity for a Human Resources Intern at Swank Motion Pictures. This internship is designed to provide practical experience and exposure to various aspects of HR in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a Human Resources Intern, you will work closely with our HR team, assisting with day-to-day HR operations and projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment efforts, including sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant tracking system
• Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and orientation
• Support HR team in various HR projects, such as performance management, employee engagement, and HR policy development
• Assist with updating and maintaining HR documentation and records
• Conduct research and analysis on HR best practices
• Assist with various administrative tasks and projects as needed

Requirements Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Available to work for the duration of the summer internship program

Educational Requirements

• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree
• Current Junior status student
