Human Resources Internship (Chinese)

We are looking for a motivated and responsible HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in daily recruitment, administrative, and employee-related activities. This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in recruitment and HR operations in a professional working environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job vacancies and sourcing candidates.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Contact candidates and arrange interview appointments.
• Assist with onboarding activities and prepare documents for new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR-related documentation.
• Assist with attendance and leave records.
• Prepare basic HR letters, reports, and other administrative documents.
• Handle basic communication with employees and job applicants.
• Support daily HR and administrative operations.
• Assist with company activities and other HR-related tasks when required.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Good command of Mandarin/Chinese (written and spoken), with basic to good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM500.00 per month
