Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening and interview coordination
• Support candidate sourcing through job portals, social media, and other channels
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups
• Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and assist with departmental tasks

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
• No prior work experience required (suitable for fresh graduates/interns)
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Available for a minimum internship period of 3 months
