Human Resources Internship

Job Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including CV screening, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Assist with HR administrative tasks, employee documentation, and data management.
• Support the preparation and coordination of employee training activities.
• Maintain and organize training documentation, attendance records, evaluation forms, and other related documents.
• Assist the HR team with other HR activities and projects as needed.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology is mandatory.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willing and able to work from the office (WFO) at Cipondoh, Tangerang (Mon-Fri)
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
• Strong willingness to learn and able to learn and grasp new information quickly.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling administrative tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
