Human Resources Internship

Key Responsibilities

• Assist end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through various sourcing channels to support current and future hiring needs.
• Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned business units, providing guidance on workforce planning and people-related matters.
• Manage stakeholder expectations on recruitment progress, market conditions, and hiring timelines.
• Support employee engagement, performance management, and employee relations initiatives where required.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports, and manpower updates.
• Collaborate with internal HR teams to drive HR projects, process improvements, and business-focused people initiatives.
• Support talent development initiatives, including training coordination, performance management, and employee growth programs.
• Handle employee relations matters, including policy advisory, disciplinary cases, grievances, and workplace conflict resolution.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
• Mandarin preferred and Chinese preferred
• Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay (both written and spoken) — Mandarin is mandatory.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of employment practices and HR policies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
