Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related disciplines.

• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and courteously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and willing to take on new challenges.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Good command of English additional language proficiency is an added advantage.
