We are expanding rapidly and looking for an exceptional, driven professional to join our fantastic team in Jakarta.

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Professional to lead and optimize our HR operations across our Jakarta and Bali offices. Our team culture is vibrant, youthful, and friendly—we are looking for someone who can seamlessly integrate into our setup while leading by positive example with confidence and maturity.

In this role, you will report directly to the CEO , delivering updates, strategic insights, and key metrics. Applicants must be confident communicators, capable of providing accurate reporting and driving organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and conducting interviews.
• Prepare employment contracts and negotiate salary terms in compliance with labor laws.
• Conduct staff appraisals, establish KPIs, and monitor sales performance with proactive strategies to boost productivity.
• Drive training initiatives and foster continuous professional development for the team.
• Handle disciplinary matters, manage leave/sickness tracking, and organize monthly team gatherings to maintain a positive work culture.
• Oversee smooth daily office operations and ensure facilities are well-maintained.
• Assist with monthly payroll, BPJS processing, and general employment tax/legal compliance.
• Present regular updates on staff appraisals, team performance, and operational finance reporting directly to the CEO.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working in Human Resources.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Mature, approachable, and highly self-motivated personality.
• Confident, presentable, and strong leadership/interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• A fast learner who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Location: Jakarta, Indonesia
• Eligibility: This position is open to Indonesian Citizens only .
