Human Resources Lead – Paraguay

We are looking for a Human Resources Lead Supervisor to join a growing multinational company with industrial and commercial operations in Paraguay. This role will be instrumental in partnering with leaders, strengthening organizational culture, and delivering a people-centered, forward-thinking HR approach aligned with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR processes across multiple business functions.
• Act as a trusted partner to leaders and teams, providing guidance on organizational and people-related decisions.
• Manage recruitment and selection for operational, technical, and administrative roles.
• Drive initiatives that strengthen culture, employee engagement, and development.
• Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and provide guidance on employee and labor relations.
• Coordinate performance management, feedback, goal setting, and talent development processes.
• Contribute to regional HR transformation, continuous improvement, and digitalization projects.
• Develop HR metrics and reports to support informed decision-making.

What We Are Looking For

• A degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Business Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid HR generalist experience, ideally with responsibility for leading teams or end-to-end HR processes.
• Experience in multinational, industrial, commercial, or operationally intensive environments is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Paraguayan labor legislation.
• Strong influencing skills, autonomy, and a strategic mindset.
• An approachable, proactive, and adaptable professional with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in digital tools and intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• *Advanced English proficiency is desirable.
