Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource activities and support smooth hospital operations.

Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment, staff onboarding, and employee documentation.

• Maintain attendance, leave records, duty rosters, and personnel files.

• Coordinate payroll inputs, staff performance, and employee welfare.

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and applicable labour regulations.

• Address staff grievances and coordinate training and development activities.

• Support management in HR planning and staff discipline.

Qualification: Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA HR is preferred.

Experience: 1–3 years in HR, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.

Skills: Good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills.
