Human Resources Manager (C&B)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for a wide range of C&B duties such as payroll calculation, taxation, MPF, benefits administration and leave management etc.
• Review, design, and manage compensation and benefits programs such as incentive schemes, insurance plans, performance management etc.
• Keep abreast of the changes in regulatory requirements, market trends and best practice to provide recommendations for compliance and improvements
• Assist in the formulation of annual human resources plans and budgets
• Compile HR analytic report and written report for management’s review
• Assist in human resources project work

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• 8-10 years and above relevant experience in sizeable companies, preferable in MNC and/or China based corporation
• Well-versed in HK employment and related ordinances
• Experience in HR system implementation, good knowledge of IPL HRIS and office management system such as OA, ERP system
• Good in Chinese and English report writing
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Strong numerical sense, detail oriented and organized
• Self-motivated, a good team player, good interpersonal and communication skills
