Comfort Systems USA is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support recruiting, employee relations, compensation, benefits administration, performance management, compliance, and workforce development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts
- Support payroll and benefits administration
- Manage employee relations and workplace investigations
- Guide performance management and disciplinary processes
- Support FMLA, ADA, and leave administration
- Analyze compensation data and market trends
- Conduct onboarding and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure HR compliance and policy adherence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience
- Strong recruiting and talent acquisition background
- Experience with employee relations and performance management
- Knowledge of employment law and compliance
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
