About the role

This is not a traditional corporate HR Manager position.

We're looking for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys being close to the business, supporting managers and employees on a daily basis, and taking ownership of the complete HR agenda for our Czech operations.

You'll work closely with the General Manager, department leaders, and our global HR team, helping to build a high-performing, engaged, and collaborative organisation.

Our Czech team consists of approximately 20 office employees and around 100 field employees , so this role requires someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable balancing operational HR with continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll be doing

• Act as the main HR contact for the Czech business.
• Partner closely with the General Manager, Operations Manager and department leaders on all HR-related topics.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through development and offboarding.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for office and operational roles.
• Prepare HR documentation and ensure compliance with Czech labour legislation.
• Support payroll activities in cooperation with the Payroll Specialist.
• Coach managers on employee relations, performance, development and people-related decisions.
• Play an active role in developing and embedding Performance Management processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and introduce practical solutions.
• Help strengthen employee engagement and support a positive company culture.
• Work closely with the global HR team while adapting initiatives to local business needs.
• Maintain HR systems and ensure accurate employee data.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a broad HR Generalist, HR Business Partner or HR Manager role.
• Good understanding of Czech labour law.
• Experience supporting managers in operational environments.
• Experience in recruitment and employee relations.
• Comfortable working across both operational and strategic HR topics.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial services or similar environments would be an advantage.
• Czech language (native or fluent).
• Good English.
