Human Resources Manager
An exciting career opportunity is available in a place where others come to vacation! The scenic Mission Valley is home to St. Luke Community Healthcare, recognized as the Best Place to Work by the Montana Hospital Association and an Employer of Choice in Lake County. St. Luke is now accepting applications for a dependable, organized, and people-focused Human Resources Manager , who will oversee a staff of two full-time assistants.
As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a key role in shaping a thriving, people-centered workplace. You’ll partner closely with the leadership team to advance our human resource and talent strategy, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain exceptional employees. Your work will support both current and future organizational needs through thoughtful recruiting, retention initiatives, and succession planning.
You will help strengthen our competitive position by researching compensation trends and recommending wage structures that draw top talent. You’ll also design and implement meaningful learning and development programs that empower employees to grow and succeed within the organization.
Your commitment to a positive employee experience will shine through as you lead new-hire orientation, support a welcoming onboarding process, and administer a comprehensive, cost-effective benefits program. You’ll continuously explore opportunities to enhance our benefits offerings to support employee well-being.
In this role, you will also ensure adherence to employment law and guide fair and consistent processes related to employee relations, including grievance resolution, disciplinary matters, and terminations. You will oversee payroll operations to ensure accuracy and reliability, and you will regularly evaluate the effectiveness of our recruitment practices and incentives to support ongoing improvement.
This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact—helping build a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and inspired to contribute their best.
