Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience conducting employee relations investigations.
• Strong knowledge of California employment law and multi-state HR practices.
• Experience advising and coaching managers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent judgment, discretion, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred experience in commercial real estate, professional services, financial services, private equity, or related industries.
• Preferred experience with performance management systems and talent management programs.
• Preferred experience supporting distributed or multi-location workforces.
• Preferred exposure to UK employment practices.
