Human Resources Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a thriving, compliant, and engaged workforce. As a key member of the leadership team, you will oversee all facets of human resources management, ensuring our practices promote diversity, equity, and inclusion while supporting employee growth and organizational success.

Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent through effective sourcing channels and employer branding initiatives.
• Lead employee orientation programs to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the organization and understand company policies.
• Oversee performance management processes, including employee evaluations, feedback sessions, and goal setting to promote continuous improvement.
• Manage benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, workers' compensation, and other employee perks to enhance overall employee satisfaction.
• Implement and monitor HR systems such as HRIS (Human Resources Information System), ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and payroll processing platforms like Workday or UltiPro for efficient personnel administration.
• Drive workforce management initiatives by organizing organizational design efforts, succession planning, and change management projects to support strategic growth.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), OSHA regulations, and other labor standards while managing regulatory reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in human resources management with a strong background in HR department operations and legal compliance management.
• Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law, affirmative action planning, and HR legal compliance standards.
• Demonstrated ability in talent management, recruiting strategies, and HR sourcing techniques utilizing platforms like iCIMS or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proficiency in HR data analysis using Excel or similar tools for reporting on employee metrics and workforce trends.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly and effectively manage employee relations issues.
• Strong project management skills with experience leading organizational design initiatives or training & development programs.
• Familiarity with HR systems such as Oracle HCM, Kronos, Dayforce, or PeopleSoft is highly desirable.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude and proactive approach toward problem-solving.

Pay: $20,000.10 - $45,330.36 per month
