Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions for our textile showroom. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing people, driving employee engagement, and supporting business growth in a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee relations

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes

• Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance

• Develop and implement training and development programs

• Support employees in achieving their individual and team goals

• Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues effectively

• Ensure smooth communication between management and staff

• Handle customer-related situations professionally when required

• Contribute to business development initiatives in the retail showroom

• Maintain HR records and ensure adherence to company policies

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong people management and leadership skills

• Excellent problem-solving abilities

• Good understanding of payroll systems and HR processes

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment

• Strong organizational and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

• Experience in retail or textile industry is an added advantage
